Participants are strictly prohibited from recording any part of the workshop, including both visuals and audio, without the prior written consent of both Jeffery Woodrow and all participants. This guideline is in place to protect everyone’s privacy and creative rights and to prevent copyright or intellectual property infringements.

Respectful Participation:
Please be mindful, open, and respectful of different perspectives, ideas, and expressions. We’re here to learn from and support one another. In the unlikely event of any abusive or inappropriate behavior, the individual will be immediately removed and not permitted to return. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

Voluntary Participation:
Participation in this workshop is completely voluntary. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, and together, we hope to build a caring community. While we encourage turning on your camera to foster connection, this is optional. You’re welcome to engage however you feel most comfortable—whether that’s actively participating or just listening with your camera off. There is no judgment here.

Privacy & Confidentiality:
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share your contact information, which is stored on an encrypted server, accessible only to Jeffery Woodrow through two-factor authentication.
